Paul Biane, Supervisor of Second District Is a Leader With a Vision
Paul Biane is Supervisor for Second District in County of San Bernardino and he has started several reforms and programs for the development of the Second District community. Paul Biane believes in doing work that shows results and gives back the community for the efforts of the members of the community. With continuing efforts for better education, living facilities, law and order, citizen safety and more, Paul Biane has left no stone unturned in creating a stronger, cohesive and well informed community.
A devoted supporter of positive environments for youth, Paul Biane gave go ahead to County funded programs like First Five and Pre School Services. These programs worked with families to give the children a positive environment that helped them in staying healthy and growing up as responsible members of society. A believer in complete growth of the community, Paul Biane, Supervisor has also worked to secure funding for parks and libraries across Second District as these are ideal places for both young and old people. Supervisor Biane has directed funds to the Rancho Cucamonga Library, Crestline Library, Fontana Library, Flowers Field in Upland, the Crestline Skate Park, and Jack Bulik Park in Fontana. The libraries and parks are the places where people from all age groups can get together to play and learn and this is one of the characteristics of a strong community.
With the safety of school going children in mind, Paul Biane also secured funding to to build sidewalks near schools and in city and county areas so that children can walk safely to school. Paul Biane, Supervisor has also supported trail projects in San Antonio Heights, Devore, Crestline and Fontana so that the residents can explore their community surrounding and also get exercise by walking on the trails. All these efforts and more by Paul Biane have helped the residents of Second District in making their quality of lives better by a great degree.
